Why this carousel
A carousel on its own chassis, registered as a road trailer with TÜV approval. GVW up to 3,500 kg — towed by a passenger car with a category B driving licence. Overrun brake. Sets up and breaks down in 1.5 hours by two people — no crane, no installation crew. After the season you fold it up and move on. This is a carousel built for the road, not a static park exhibit.
Total power 2.2 kW at 230 V. Plug into a standard 16 A socket — no generator, no industrial supply, no negotiating with event organisers about three-phase. Smaller Venetian carousels from competitors need 7.5 kW and 400 V. Yours: 2.2 kW, single phase.
Structure: hot-dip galvanised steel, design compliant with EN 13814-1:2019-07. Drive: La Leonessa toothed ring gear (Italy). Figures: fibreglass from the Italian catalogue — you choose from a complete premium portfolio, we order, import, and install. You receive one carousel, one invoice, one delivery date.

FAQ
The structure is designed in accordance with EN 13814-1:2019-07. The chassis has TÜV approval as a road trailer. We offer the TÜV-Gutachten certificate for the unit itself as an optional service — we organise the certification process at an authorised TÜV body, and the carousel reaches the customer with a complete set of documents. The cost of this service is calculated individually depending on the destination country.
Yes. We offer a complete catalogue of fibreglass figures from our Italian supplier. You choose, we order, import, and mount them on the carousel before shipping. Figures are available in classic, fairytale, retro, or mixed styles.
Yes. We build the operator's booth and the ticket booth as optional accessories, in a style consistent with the carousel — wood, ornaments, lighting. We prepare the configuration and quote individually, depending on where you'll operate and the aesthetic you want to maintain.
The carousel is mobile — it travels on its own registered road trailer, GVW up to 3,500 kg. A passenger car and category B licence are sufficient. Delivery is on Ex Works Częstochowa terms — the customer arranges collection from our facility. On-site assembly takes 1.5 hours for two people — no crane, no specialist crew.
Yes. We offer on-site service throughout the European Union. Standard warranty: 12 months for electrical components, 24 months for the steel structure.
Three carousels from this batch are currently in production. Delivery: Q2/Q3 2026. Once the current batch is allocated, we launch the next one — lead time is then 4–6 months from contract signing.
